Are you sure SergiSmiler? Because I believe that what is blocked is the generated USA IP address, not your original one. If it's indeed disabled, shouldn't you be able to edit? This is actually very amusing to read. Sorry if I'm out of line here but here's what I think: This user actually knows the English language. He/She (Chico/Chica) wants to just mess around with Wikipedia. His reasons for this edit warring are not valid. I think he needs an extended block so he/she can cool down.
