The draft was promotional because it merely tells about the company. Wikipedia articles must do more than just tell about the company, they must indicate with independent reliable sources how the company meets Wikipedia's special definition of a notable company, written at WP:ORG. Please review that page. The sources offered seem to largely be press releases or basic announcements, which do not establish notability. What is needed are independent sources that have chosen on their own to give significant coverage to the company.
