Hello Shewhoisnt. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Shewhoisnt. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Shewhoisnt|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. This is regarding Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs (Crowe Philippines). -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:49, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Good day!
In reply to your message regarding the article, no, I don't receive any compensation for my edits. I am not being paid nor expecting to be paid for any further changes/edits that I am making in this write-up.
Thank you! Shewhoisnt (talk) 03:39, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, so what is your relationship with this business? Are you an employee? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:17, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I am an employee of the company and the sole reason of this article is to inform a wide-range of audience and introduce the company to them. Shewhoisnt (talk) 06:27, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. As clearly stated in WP:PAID, employees writing about the organisation they work for are automatically considered paid editors. You don't need to be paid explicitly to edit this specific article or Wikipedia more generally. Please make the paid-editing disclosure now. Thanks, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:37, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for this! Will do the disclosure now. However, if I may ask, is there any other revisions that I need to do to publish the article? or the disclosure only? Thanks! Shewhoisnt (talk) 06:44, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just made the paid disclosure. Just let me know if I am allowed to resubmit it again or if there are any other changes/revisions that needs to be made. Thanks a lot! Shewhoisnt (talk) 08:39, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for making the disclosure. You are now free to continue editing the draft. Please note, however, that you may not publish this article yourself, but must work through the AfC review process until the draft is accepted. And once it is published, you may not edit it directly, but must instead make edit requests via the article talk page, as explained at the top of this thread.
The draft has been declined for lack of evidence of notability. Please study carefully the WP:NCORP notability guideline, and cite sufficient sources that satisfy its requirements. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:51, 16 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
