Blocked[edit]

Now, I am aware the wikipedia won't allow any type of promotional activities. But owing to the fact I wasn't trying to perform any kind of promotional activities on wikipedia. I was trying to add an article about a B2C company in Australia. I might have used language which might have considered as kind of promotional. But I will make sure that next time the language which I use should not be promotional in nature.

  • the language is one aspect, but there are others. The main concerns for the block are WP:COI and WP:PROMO, i.e. the fact that you may have a connection with the company you created an article for and that the article was promotional by nature (not just language). I understand Wikipedia's concern, but I want to change my username so that I can edit other articles on the wiki.As well as my IP is blocked so I can't even edit other articles. I have successfully edited other articles for e.g in Wikiquote I have added quotes in the movie "Fight Club". So if you can change my username I'll make sure I won't create problems by violating the laws of the wiki. And as I have already stated that I won't be doing any kind of promotions of any company regardless of whether I am connected with them or not. So I request you to provide me a new username. And this IP or this account isn't a spam and is completely genuine and authentic.

I think you'll need to point out what other account(s) or IP address you used to edit; this account hasn't done what you said you did. I also find it difficult to see how content such as "You can also opt for Customisable Dual Roller Blinds and we will take care of your preferred designs and colours" is anything but spam; maybe you want to comment on why you thought that would be useful encyclopedic content? A new username is being allocated to me, but I am still blocked from editing articles on Wiki. I have already stated earlier that i won't be using wikipedia for any promtional purpose. So can you unblock my editing right.
