Your edits to Victoria Day

It is already mentioned that this is a statutory holiday, adding the sentence about shops being closed is a bit redundant (and also inaccurate, since not all shops are closed). You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Victoria Day. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. My edits justified

There is no reason to censor my comment on the Victoria Day page that all shopping centres are closed. The fact is that they are indeed closed and if you checked your facts you would not censor my input. You may like to read about it on Wikipedia's own page on Canadian Statutory Holidays: Canadian holidays. I proved my point, perhaps you should prove yours. I still don't understand why this is relevant: the article already mentions that Victoria Day is a statutory holiday (which means that some shops are closed, as well as banks, dentists offices, schools: why not mention them all? The list would be huge). I wasn't arguing that shops were not closed, but rather that it didn't prove that Canadians took the holiday seriously. Shops are closed during the August civic holiday as well--does that mean Canadians take the first weekend of August seriously? Lastly, please do not accuse other editors of censorship: wikipedia is open source and user-edited. Freshacconci 16:23, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism is falsly accusing another of vandalism

Adding factual accuracy tags and questioning your quality standards is not vandalism. I did not destroy or injure your site, nor did I change ANY of the content--I simply question the validity of the content by adding the appropriate wikipedia tags.
