I am not allowed to copy that email here. If I answer your points in detail that is also problematic. You have asked me for help, though.

A book is a useful reference provided it is independent of the subject, is not self published, and has significant coverage within it of the subject of the article.

For precise notability criteria, please see WP:NPOL,

You need to read WP:COI and to make correct declarations about yours.

A biography of a close relative is the hardest article to create except for an autobiography. I suggest you read this essay, one of many on article creation.It contains the process to follow to be successful, assuming success to be achievable. You should also read HELP:YFA.

You also need to read WP:CITE and WP:REFB. We do not use references in headings; we use them to cite specific points and facts.

I conduct all Wikipedia correspondence in plain sight unless there are privacy or security implications.
