Hi,
The information that has been added is completely accurate to the character Jill Valentine. Throughout the series her hair has been the color brown, followed by her eye color being blue.
The information around the time Resident Evil 5 was released, it stated that due to the experiments done to Jill, it not only made her skin color pale (it was naturally slightly darker) and her hair color blonde (considered pale in hair color from brown), it also had affects to the color of her already blue eyes to grey (which is the color blue will take when becoming pale as well).
As the years went on from then, information has not been taken seriously in that area and has been forgotten about.
I have no intentions of using misleading information, or do anything that would sabotage the work put into this page. On my behalf as a Resident Evil fan since day one, specifically on Jill, I want nothing more but to contribute real information that has been sadly lost.
