Lunar crater references template

I don't like this. This violates the spirit of WP:REF#Scrolling reference lists. Squee23 04:04, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spirit maybe to some, but definitely not the letter. I was trying to avoid burdening some relatively brief lunar crater articles with a long set of general references, while still making the references available. I think it looks better this way. The other approach was to just refer people to a single page containing the general references, which didn't work out very well. I would like to see some type of standard set on the best approach for this issue before changing this template. — RJH (talk) 19:27, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
