If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 99 Queen Street East, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Removing Speedy at 99 Queen Street East

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from 99 Queen Street East, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, then you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion notice, which will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 01:35, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you create an inappropriate page, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. PMDrive1061 (talk) 01:38, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Already took care of you with that last redirect. Let's say you want to direct to the existing article on California. First, create a page under the title you'd like to use as a redirect title. Then, fill it in this way:

#REDIRECT [[California]]

That's all there is to it. PMDrive1061 (talk) 01:52, 24 May 2011 (UTC) You're welcome. Thanks for understanding. PMDrive1061 (talk) 01:44, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:47, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Maple Leaf Action

[edit]

I just reverted Maple Leaf Action back to the redirect it was. In order for a television show (or any subject) to have its own wikipage, you would need to demonstrate that it is notable. In the case of a TV show on a major national network, that notability is pretty much a given. But for a much smaller cable network like Leafs TV, you'll need to actually demonstrate that notability. That is, you'll need to provide more detailed information about the show, and, most importantly, provide reliable sources independent of the channel or show that discuss the show in detail. If you want to try to make such an article, I recommend that you do so in a sandbox first, so that you can work on it for a period of time to bring it up to meet our minimum requirements. If you need help setting that up, or have any other questions about how to edit on Wikipedia, feel free to come to my talk page and ask me there. Qwyrxian (talk) 02:20, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Small logo splash.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Small logo splash.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:06, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
