[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Danny Doyle (singer), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 19:42, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Danny Doyle (singer). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 19:53, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

I joined primarily to add content to the page on Danny Doyle, my late husband. This was information about his survivors, including myself, and while not strictly necessary, it is part of his biogragraphical Taffydoodles (talk) 20:29, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. I saw you left a message to MS. We normally need sources for specific changes. As your name appears in a couple of sources already in the article, I have restored your name. (CC) Tbhotch™ 20:21, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
Danny Doyle
[edit]I don't know how to cite references for my own personal knowledge and information as the widow of Danny Doyle. This is a conundrum, no? Taffydoodles (talk) 20:32, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
- It needs to be mentioned by independent sources, otherwise, it becomes original research. In simple terms, we cannot publish it if it has not been previously published by the media (books, magazine articles, interviews, etc.). (CC) Tbhotch™ 21:53, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
