You can't just add <ref name="Garrett Cook">, like you did here, you have to add a reliable source as to where the information came from and add it in a citation template. I didn't remove the entry you added, but I did remove <ref name="Garrett Cook">, because it was creating a cite error. See WP:REFB for help in references and how to cite.
