Request reason:

Larousse1995 is not my account, it's my coworker's. He suggested I start a Wiki account after he helped fix inaccuracies on a page. The same IP address cannot be grounds for blocking, especially when my edits were not disruptive in any way. I realize this is difficult to determine the legitimacy of, but I promise you my intentions are only pure. I just want to contribute and expand the information in articles, and contribute productively to wikipedia.TeamWells (talk) 19:00, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

We block editors who are using the same IP and device to 1) revive a long-dormant account and 2) create a new account to make similar contentious edits to the same subset of highly-divisive topics.
