POV check on Kent Williams?

[edit]

What did you have in mind when you added the pov-check template to Kent Williams (politician)? I can't see anything there that looks questionable, and you did not start a discussion on the talk page. --Orlady (talk) 15:01, 14 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to wikipedia. I wanted to let you know that I have reverted your recent move of Kit Bond to Christopher S. Bond. While that is his formal name, Wikipedia policy is that articles should use the most easily recognized name. He goes by Kit Bond in everyday use, and that his how he presents himself on his senate website. If you have any questions, you can raise them on that articles talk page or at the Project Congress talk page. Thanks.DCmacnut<> 23:05, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there, thanks for reworking the history section. It seems fine now. If you have time in the future, it would be good to find sources to back up the information presented. Cheers. Huntster (t@c) 22:30, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
