List of LGBT characters in television and radio

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your addition of Dynasty characters. I'm a frequent contributor to the list (usually fixing what anonymous editors do incorrectly). I just wanted to point out that the top of each section contains a hidden message with the instruction: "Each new row is added as one single line [i.e. without line breaks]". When you added new rows, you did it with separated cells:

|-
|Ted Dinard
|Michael Patrick Lane
|Dynasty (2017 TV series)
|Steven Carrington's ex-boyfriend.
|-

The table rows that existed above and below the location where you inserted new rows were one single line:

|-
| Character Name || Actor Name || Name of TV Series || Info about character.
|-

The single line markup uses less edit screen space, which results in easier and faster scrolling through rows when editing sections. Instead of one pipe ( | ) you use two ( || ) for cells 2, 3, 4; with each new row added as a single left-to-right line. Pyxis Solitary talk 02:58, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You keep doing it over and over again

[edit]

@TheRJ45: Please stop using Visual editing to add table rows to the list. VisualEditor has problems with the functionality of table editing. Visual editing screws-up the markup formatting in Source screen. You were previously informed, politely, about the correct markup for rows. You're no longer a newbie editor on training wheels and need to stop depending on other editors to clean-up after you. Stop botching the table markup. April 2018

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm AlexTheWhovian. I noticed that you made one or more edits to an article, Deception (2018 TV series), concerning the updates of review statistics, box office numbers, sports statistics, or some other frequently updated data with a fixed web address, but you did not update the |access-date= parameter in the citation template. The |access-date= parameter is the full date when the content pointed to by the URL was last verified to be working and supporting the text being cited in the article. This means that the parameter needs to be updated whenever the content is updated. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- AlexTW 14:23, 7 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
