A tag has been placed on Draft:Richard Bernabe, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that was copied and pasted from another Wikimedia project, or was transwikied out to another project. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Please ignore this message, I have to put it on here, it's the Draft:Richard Bernabe article that I transwikied out to de:Richard Bernabe. Thanks, Tom29739 [talk] 18:15, 26 February 2016 (UTC).[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Richard Bernabe

[edit]

Hello The writing mombie,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Richard Bernabe for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Julietdeltalima (talk) 21:48, 26 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your notice. The page was actually in the making - speedy deletion has been removed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Bernabe --The writing mombie (talk) 18:29, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Richard Bernabe requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Status and Advice

[edit]
As reviewing administrator, I did not delete the article. Having published a book is a claim of significnace, and a claim is all that is necessary to pass speedy. But please see WP:CREATIVE for what is necessary to actually show notability. DGG ( talk ) 00:16, 30 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
