Request reason:

I apologize for the last edit. I just didn't read Wikipedia rules of posting. Next time I will follow Wikipedia rules before posting and editing.

Decline reason:

Telling other people that they need to read policy when you clearly haven't does little to convince me that you have any interest in reading our rules and policies. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:57, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi. You are not blocked for just one edit, you are blocked for creating an article about a non-notable web site and then re-creating it after it had been deleted (and the reason had been explained to you). Given that you will not be able to write about Shikkhok.com, what do you intend to do here if unblocked? Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:45, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

-It is annoying to see. because I have to visit Wikipedia daily. I am nothing to be intended to do. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Themasudur (talkcontribs) 14:20, 31 December 2015
If you intend to do no editing, then why do you need the account unblocked? You can read Wikipedia without even having an account. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:09, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
-Because I could create my user page. In future I want to contribute in Wikipedia following rules. I am new in this technology. I saw some articles with less referencing or some sort of inconsistency in references. When I go to edit (add right reference) it says "I'm blocked." Hope you understand. So you *do* want to edit Wikipedia then? That takes me back to my question - "Given that you will not be able to write about Shikkhok.com, what do you intend to do here if unblocked?", which you did not answer. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 17:04, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
