User talk:Tiki God
I take it as a personal failure every time someone has to leave me a message for any reason. Unlike messages on Article Pages where people can have an open healthy debate about almost anything, messages on Talk Pages are always about some contention with a specific person. If you leave, or get left, a message on your User Talk Page then you are already one foot in the crapper just waiting to jump all the way in when you reply, or receive a reply.
Whatever you have to say to me, I really don't want to hear it here. I always make a good faith effort to contribute and have never vandalized or disrupted Wikipedia in any way. If you want to talk about an Article then do it on that Article's Talk Page, if you deleted or are going to delete an Article to which I have contributed, then you are an Admin and no matter what reason I give, you will do whatever the hell you want so why even bother to clutter up my talk page? I will read the Article Talk Page / Deletion Log and see whatever copyright paranoia cruft you jotted down as your reason. I have read the various Wikipedia policies such as, WP:C, WP:NPOV, WP:NOR, WP:WWIN, as well as many others.
MfD nomination of User:UBX/HatesUselessTaggers
[edit]User:UBX/HatesUselessTaggers, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:UBX/HatesUselessTaggers and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:UBX/HatesUselessTaggers during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 12:20, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
The article International Sign Association has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- There's no article here, just a mission statement and a plug for the subject's website. If it's notable, WP:Blow it up and start over; if it's not notable, blow it up and don't start over.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kilopi (talk) 19:46, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
