[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. Meters (talk) 22:41, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
When adding links to material on external sites, as you did to North, South Carolina , please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube or Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:
- If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
- If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
- If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;
If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. Please stop linking to copyrighted material, as you did on this article and others. Even if the links you have added were useful we could not use them as it is extremely unlikely the YouTube uploaders had the right to repost the copyrighted material on YouTube. [edit]Hello, I'm Wham2001. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to High-heeled shoe have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Wham2001 (talk) 04:34, 24 June 2019 (UTC)
Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Pinder (surname). There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Samf4u (talk) 16:05, 30 June 2019 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 13
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Golden (name), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Diana Golden. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
