Tony, " Where this is the lead image, it may be appropriate to move the Table of Contents to the right by using {{TOCright}}." violated the more important Accessibility guideline. I removed it; see WT:FAC. I hope you can update that here, because that was a glaring oversight (that a very rare image concern overrode an important accessibility guideline).
