Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

was reverting page to status approved by Hellboy1975 - see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Travis_Bean. Dealing with user that is submitting inaccurate information on various IPs. Please advise
Decline reason:
That's not an exception to the policy against edit-warring. But the real issue is promotional editing for Travis Bean. So to get unblocked you must 1) change your username to something not connected to any commercial product such as guitars, and 2) tell us what article edits you would like to make that do not involve Travis Bean guitars. Trying to change username, but appears that I can't WP:CHU. I would like to request my IP be unblocked so I can either change the username or create a new account. To answer your question #2, I would be interested in contributing to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electro-Harmonix

Here's a few key questions:
- Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
- Do you understand conflict of interest?
- Do you understand that to be considered for an encylopedia article, the subject must be considered to be notable?
