February 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Katie lt3. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. — Katie <3 (talk) 01:14, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Oh hey, I'm sorry, it seems your edit was in good faith, but the way you added links to the references was improper. Please skim through Wikipedia:Citing_sources for a guide on properly citing. However, it was my mistake to revert your edit, as it could have been properly fixed. I'm sorry about that! — Katie <3 (talk) 01:16, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry!

Trying to figure out how to do some things differently. I'm trying to add in the other side for the criticism and put in some references, but I know it didn't look right. I am also wondering if you will see this! I'm new to editing pages. :)

Ah, welcome to Wikipedia! Your edits to the page so far have been pretty constructive, especially considering they're your first ones. Adding references can be weird and seem scary to new users (I've been around for years and they still scare me), but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it! Also, a side-note, on talk pages like the one we're talking on now, you should try to add four tildes ~~~~ after your message. When you submit your change to the page, it will be replaced with a signature showing your name and the time you edited, like the one after this message. I hope you enjoy Wikipedia! — Katie <3 (talk) 01:26, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ahh that is so neat! I will work in the sandbox page for now so I can try to make it look right at first. Thank you for the help! Unbiased2018 (talk) 01:32, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
