Don't be discouraged, but have a look at the links in the Welcome paragraph above to learn more about contributing. Two of Wikipedia's key principles are:
- Verifiability - an article needs to cite reliable sources for what it says,
- No Original Research - Wikipedia is not for first publication of anything new.
If "exploding rock" is your new idea, then I'm sorry but Wikipedia won't have an article about it - see Wikipedia is not for things made up one day for a longer explanation. But if it's a new movement that other people have written about, and you can find references to it in reliable sources like on-line magazines, then add them to the article - it won't be deleted for seven days, and in fact you are allowed to remove the PROD template, though unless you have added references that will just mean that it will be nominated for deletion by the Article for deletion process, which involves a discussion and takes another seven days.
