I think you may already be aware of it because of the thread you started at the dispute resolution noticeboard, but in the interest of fairness, allow me to draw your attention to Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. This basically says that you shouldn't keep reverting another editor's change without discussion; instead you should try and find a consensus on the talk page. In particular you should be aware of the three revert rule, which says that if you revert a single article more than three times in a 24-hour period, then you can be blocked by an administrator. If Toocostly keeps reverting Class action lawyers to their preferred version, then leave me a note and I'll file the relevant report for you.
