Your username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Usfstudentacct", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because usernames which might be interpreted to represent a group, company or organization are not allowed per WP:GROUPNAME. In addition, usernames which imply that an account might be being shared by multiple individuals are also not allowed per WP:ISU. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:42, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Marchjuly,
The user name is being used by only me and its not a generic username, though it sounds so. Its "student" rather than "students" account.
I assure you that this would be used only by single user and would not violate the wikipedia policy.
Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Usfstudentacct (talkcontribs) 00:37, 22 October 2016 (UTC+9) (UTC)
Any student at your university could say they are a "student" and "student account" can be easily misconstrued to represent a category of accounts. I've seen administrators issue a block for similar usernames, so you might want to consider personalizing it a little bit as explained in Wikipedia:Username policy#Usernames implying shared use. Also, since you're new to Wikipedia you are probably not familiar with Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines, in particular signing your posts. Forgetting to sign a talk page posts is something that even experienced editors sometimes do, but signing is something you should always try to do to avoid confusion or problems with other editors. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:56, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi[edit]

Hi. I began reviewing Draft:Dr. Adib Farhadi and will approve it once I finish rewriting it. If my rewrite is an issue for you please let me know. I'm not trying to hijack this draft but although the subject is notable, I won't approve it as messy as it is right now.

Also, please consider changing your username. As I can see from this draft, you obviously have a conflict of interest with your connection to University of South Florida and "studentacct" doesn't exactly apply to you, only. The process is easy and an admin will make it near-seamless for you. We welcome your continued contributions and conforming to our commonly-held norms would really help in that regard.
