Hello,

Please see Wikipedia's Policy on Reliable Sources before using a user driven content site for sources in articles. Also please see Wikipedia's policy on notability - if there aren't articles on USAA's employee treatment, it isn't notable enough for the article. I've only read independent sources talking about how good it is to work for USAA, so these claims are going to need good sources. --Matt (talk) 00:06, 28 June 2008 (UTC)
