Image licensing

Regarding the licensing for File:Life cycle of Red Pierrot.jpg, you applied a cc-by-4.0 license but stated that "I allow use of this image for any educational, non-commercial purpose without modification & with mention of credit." which seems to be more like a CC BY-NC-ND license. Are you restricting reuse to non-commercial with no modifications? -- Whpq (talk) 18:53, 15 November 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of File:Life cycle of Red Pierrot.jpg

The page File:Life cycle of Red Pierrot.jpg has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it had not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content.
