Your question on my talkpage[edit]

Sir I am sorry I am not able to speak in Portuguese I'll try to resolve this in English. As per wikimedia Commons policy all images that are free and have creative Commons license should only be uploaded there.If the image is extremely useful than upload it on English Wikipedia upload wizard under fair use policy. If u want the file to be deleted add {{sd|G7 uploaded by mistake}} on the image there on Commons. Hope it helps.
