This draft will need cleanup to meet Wikipedia's standards. I will try to give a quick rundown of the issues with the draft:

It's not at all clear where this information is coming from. Near the end I see a section called "Sheikh Ahmad Babal-Waiz Biography Written by others". Are these the sources you have used to write the content about Babal-Waiz? If so, this must be made very clear in the draft. You can do this by using references as explained on this page. (There's also a video introducing references on Wikipedia if you would prefer to learn that way.) If those biographies aren't the sources you've used to write the content here, then you must explain what the sources are.
Once you have listed the references that have been used for the content of this draft, please use inline citations after substantive claims about Babal-Waiz so that reviewers and future readers can verify the claims that are made.
A lot of the content will need to be rephrased for style and tone. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and its content must take an objective, neutral point of view of its subjects. Avoid any subjective value judgments or statements that look like opinions about Babal-Waiz. Content like "blessed with an exceptional charisma", for example, is not neutral in tone and should be rephrased. Now, if a source has said that Babal-Waiz was charismatic, then you can write "Source X wrote that Babal-Waiz was a charismatic individual". But otherwise, that kind of content should not appear in the draft.
Wikipedia has a house style relating to Islamic topics. We generally avoid using "PBUH", "SWT", "alhamdulilah", " May Allah have mercy on all of them", "ameen" and the like. (The explanation of this policy is here.) Also, Wikipedia's policy is that it is preferable to write "Muhammed" instead of "the Prophet". I realize that this may be a bit different than in Islamic writings, but on Wikipedia, all articles should be written in Wikipedia's house style. I've already removed the instances of "PBUH" for you.
The first paragraph should briefly, neutrally and dispassionately explain who Babal-Waiz is, his date of birth and death, and what he is best known for. You can learn about how to write a good lead paragraph here.
