Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 85.132.122.10. Place any further information here. Wertuose (talk) 08:41, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The given IP is indeed a webhost; you will have to use other means to edit. 331dot (talk) 10:25, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi, 331dot. But this is my workplace's IP-address and I had no problems with editing last 10 years. What is the reason of this block? Can I ask IP block exemption if any other solution doesn't work for such cases.--Wertuose (talk) 11:53, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That IP is within a range that has been blocked since November 16th, but you have edited successfully between then and now. Has your workplace done something different with its network or ISP? IP block exemptions are only granted in very exceptional cases where the user can demonstrate an unusual need to have such an exemption. Is your workplace the only possible location at which you can edit? 331dot (talk) 11:57, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
331dot, I'm at work 8-9 hours a day. And there is no other option to connect internet, otherwise I will lose internal web connection with other computers in the office and cannot print, or deliver and receive files from fellows working in connection with me. Thanks.--Wertuose (talk) 10:35, 8 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I at present am not in a position to assist further; you may make another unblock request to ask for a block exemption that someone else might be able to help you with sooner than I. You have an extensive edit history so there's a shot. 331dot (talk) 12:30, 8 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:39, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
