Greetings What880!

First, welcome to Wikipedia.

Second, I just reverted and altered an edit that you made to this article. If you check out WP:WPSCHOOLS/AG#WNTI, you will see that the Wikischools project (a group of editors that oversees school articles), strongly recommends not listing any current or former students who do not meet the notability requirements of the encyclopedia. While there are occasional exceptions, the overall consensus of editors is that it is not considered desirable to list class officers or team captains, etc. I have removed these.

There are also some claims that you have made in the article regarding the student government. One of the core principles of Wikipedia is that claims need to be verifiable through reliable sources, which should be internally cited in the article. I have not deleted these additions, but I have tagged them with requests for verification. If verification for these claims aren't made at some point in the future (there is no set time, though generally most editors will give it a few months), they will likely be deleted.

Rather than revert and run, I wanted to stop by, roll out the welcome mat and explain why I did what I did. I wish you the best of luck in your editing! LonelyBeacon (talk) 15:02, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
