Hello how do you know that the claim that EradicateHIV has a 100% guaranteed cure is a false claim?

Are you a doctor? Did you know before EradicateHIV Research told you that HIV is a parasitic virus? Did you know that There are two types of HIV infection that the primary infection in which the HIV virus directly infects the other person and the secondary infection in which the HIV first invades a CD4 cell then then infects the other person, before EradicateHIV research declared it? Did you know that HIV spreads from prepuce to prepuce of male and female human beings? Did you know that there are no symptoms of HIV before EradicateHIV research declared it? Did you know that all the things that are mentioned by HIV research? Then how do you declare that it is a false claim? If you are taking shot at it, you will be surprised because hundreds of people have been completely cured by HIV, but you didn't know it?
