I simply changed the Wikipedia page to reflect what that individual is, a man. We don't live in some magical fairy world where anyone can magically change what they are. If you are born a man, you are a man. If you were born a woman, you are a woman. This is simply how life works. Anyone who claims to change their gender is simply impersonating a sex to which they are not a member of, and sadly for them will never be a member of. In the case of some individuals, this impersonating is supplemented with some good old genital mutilation, also known as sex reassignment surgery (how can people like you support this stuff?). As a parting note, think about this: If a person says they identify as a helicopter, they aren't actually a helicopter right (RIGHT? please don't tell me you actually think that a person can become a fucking helicopter) , so why is it according to you, when a man says they are a woman, they suddenly become one?
