September 2012

Please do not assume ownership of articles such as Wikipedia:WikiProject Woking. If you aren't willing to allow your contributions to be edited extensively or be redistributed by others, please do not submit them. Thank you. Charles (talk) 22:59, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

That's not an article. Charles, you and Willrocks10 (and other people?) seem to have a disagreement about what should be on that page. You should seek dispute resolution, not throw unrelated templated warnings around.
From what I've seen of the subject matter of the dispute, you could also... just not bother? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 23:15, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Help

Hi Willrocks, I'm very sorry about your problem, but as much as I'd like to help, I'm pretty helpless. I've tried with admins and it seemed to go back on me rather than on Charles, so I can't keep trying. You're welcome to try with other admins, I'd be happy to comment.  Adam Mugliston  Talk  16:01, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but to be honest, Charles does have a point in this case.  Adam Mugliston  Talk  20:56, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hatfield Hyde Halt railway station, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Great Northern Railway and Cole Green (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Viking's River Splash has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable without substantial coverage in independent reliable sources. None provided, none found.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sutton Green, Surrey

see the recent edit history for Sutton Green, Surrey, concerning the addition of the advert tag. Frietjes (talk) 15:56, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi, I think pbl1998 needs to improve the golf course bit rather than removing the advert tag. I think listing the features of the golf course and saying it's open for events is advertising, in my opinion -  Willrocks10  Speak to me  16:01, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
I agree, which is why I reverted his first removal of the tag. could you add the tag back again, and start a thread on the talk page? Frietjes (talk) 16:05, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
Okay, I will do that, thanks -  Willrocks10  Speak to me  16:09, 4 October 2012 (UTC)

Future of WikiProject Amusement Parks

Hi Willrocks10. I am contacting you because you are listed as one of members of WikiProject Amusement Parks or one of its task forces. I have just started a discussion on the project's talk page regarding the future of the project. I have made four proposals and I would appreciate your comments on them. Thank you Themeparkgc  Talk  23:32, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
