your reason here Hello, i am trying to create a simple listing wiki page for our company XPLAIN as many other companies in our industry have already done. Not trying to sell something and do not have any negative or violent content on the article. Can someone please let us know why this is considered a violation and it was blocked? Looking forward to an answer.

You have not proposed a new username as instructed. Please propose a new username that complies with the username policy. In addition, you seem to have a common misconception of what Wikipedia is. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not social media or other forum to merely tell about a business. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is only interested in what independent reliable sources state about businesses that meet Wikipedia's special definition of notability, written at WP:ORG. Wikipedia has no interest about what a business wants to say about itself. Wikipedia is not for creating "a simple listing wiki page"; this is considered promotional. You also have violated the conflict of interest policy and the paid editing policy. You won't be unblocked to edit about your business; if you want to be an individual, general Wikipedia contributor, you will need to agree to not edit about anything related to your conflict of interest and tell what you will edit about instead.
