April 2014

Information icon Hello, I'm Ryulong. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Pokémon (anime), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Your description of "Series Constructor" and the like is unsourced. Also, keep everything simple.Ryūlóng (琉竜) 18:32, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

September 2014

[edit]

A screen capture of an illegal translation uploaded to some external website is not a reliable source. Just add him and the period of time he was a director.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 08:52, 6 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Stop adding Asada. He doesn't have an article locally. Neither do any of the others who aren't Yuyama. So fine. No one but Yuyama is listed. Stop edit warring. You were reverted by more than one person so you have noconsensus to continue.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 04:41, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Do not add Asada or any of the other single season directors to the page, again. You've been reverted by someone other than myself. Start a discussion on Talk:Pokémon (anime) about having the directors other than Yuyama on the page and do not edit war any further.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 05:00, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Why I can I not add Asada? Why can we not credit any of the series directors? Yuyama doesn't have a reference mark on his name. Stop taking this personally.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Yūgi's Black Magician (talkcontribs)
If I talk to you here, you respond here.
And because you were told not to. It doesn't matter who directed for only 20 episodes or who directed for singular seasons. None of the people other than Yuyama have articles on the English Wikipedia and it's only Bulbapedia grade minutae to have anyone other than Yuyama for the lay reader's sake. Don't add it again, or if you want to add it get a WP:Consensus for the addition on the article's talk page. Same goes for the others that aren't Yuyama.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 05:06, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, listen to me. While you and every Bulbapedia maven believes that these things should be extensively covered, the English Wikipedia does not. Also, listing their contributions by episode range is not what we want either; general years are preferred. If you want this information covered so bad, add it to the individual episode lists. {{Japanese episode list}} has a "DirectedBy" parameter for this purpose. Just be sure to add the "Director" column to the table headers properly.—Ryūlóng (琉竜) 08:22, 9 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Yūgi's Black Magician and Ryūlóng: Yūgi's Black Magician, you are officially warned of having violated WP:3RR. Read WP:RS, WP:FANCRUFT, and WP:NOT. Read those well and do not revert more than three times for any reason whatsoever, or you can be blocked from Wikipedia. — Smuckola (Email) (Talk) 16:46, 13 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
