I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the recent rejection of my article submission titled "General Optimal control Problem Solver". I appreciate your feedback and guidance on the matter.

Upon reviewing your comments, I understand the importance of maintaining a neutral point of view and incorporating a diverse range of independent, reliable sources into the article. I have taken your suggestions seriously and have made corresponding revisions to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's guidelines.

First and foremost, I have revised the content to eliminate any promotional language and ensure that the article maintains a neutral tone throughout.

Furthermore, I have expanded the reference list to include more academic papers published on reputable journals. In the current version, all 9 referenced papers in the Application section are written by research groups other than the author of GOPS, i.e., iDLab. The author lists of 7 papers among them do not include any member of iDLab. Therefore, I believe these sources are independent and reliable.

Thank you for your time and consideration of my article. I look forward to your feedback and the opportunity to contribute to the Wikipedia community.
