- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

[edit]Hello, I'm Julietdeltalima. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Iru (food), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. You cannot add material to Wikipedia that makes any kind of medical claims unless you have a reliable medical source. General unsourced advice is not okay, either. Thanks. Julietdeltalima (talk) 16:46, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Kuli-kuli, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Wikipedia is not the place to make suggestions or to speculate regarding things that might be good to do. If there is a reliable source that has indicated that it would be good to export kuli-kuli to boost the country's economy ("her" is an incorrect way to refer to a country), then that cited information may be provided. Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Blogs are not reliable sources. You must also cite your sources correctly and not just write them next to the article text. Julietdeltalima (talk) 21:41, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, you may be blocked from editing. It is not permissible to make medical claims (like that a food is "good for diabetes" or "good for children's eyes") without a reliable medical source. You must properly cite sources using Wikipedia's citation format; it is not acceptable to expect other editors to do this for you. You must also take MUCH more care with proofreading and formatting.
