A belated welcome!
[edit]Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, YodaRULZ. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:
- Introduction

- How to write a great article
Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Is there a tool for monitoring recent changes that also includes a quick way to add a template to the talk page of the user who made the edit? (Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this.) YodaRULZ (talk) 21:42, 26 September 2012 (UTC)
- Welcome and thanks for doing RC patrol. Try using Twinkle, it's awesome! --Nathan2055talk - contribs 22:00, 26 September 2012 (UTC)

User talk:199.216.81.20
[edit]. Hi. I noticed that you added a level 1 warning at User talk:199.216.81.20. Would you mind if I replaced it with a level 4 warning? The IP had a level 3 warning earlier today so the next step is level 4 then a block if they continue. Regards. Road Wizard (talk) 20:43, 18 October 2012 (UTC)
Sorry about that. I didn't see the level 3 warning.

Re: Felipito1.966
[edit]Thank you for patrolling some of Felipito1.966's disruptive edits. It seems the user has a long history of this behavior. See the user's talk page, which has been deleted but past versions contain a long list of infractions. I am new to patrolling recent changes and do not know the procedure for escalating any wikipedia oversight to a user's disruptive edits. Do you know if there is anything similar to a vandal block for this user's disruptive edits? — Preceding unsigned comment added by DouglasCalvert (talk • contribs) 20:26, 11 April 2013 (UTC)
I just submitted a notice at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism. Anything else you can think of? YodaRULZ (talk) 20:35, 11 April 2013 (UTC)
Many thanks.

Replacement for WPCVN?
[edit]This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. |
I normally use WPCVN for recent changes patrolling, but recently it hasn't been loading for me. Are there any similar websites or programs?
YodaRULZ (talk) 18:34, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
- I have absolutely no idea what WPCVN is, sorry. But for RC patrolling, there's WP:HUGGLE, WP:IGLOO, and WP:STIKI :) ~Charmlet -talk- 19:23, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
