University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication

The school is simply not independently notable, and that's all there is to it. Read WP:GNG. That we have other articles on non-notable topics, and that such articles may also promote their subject, have fluffy language, and mostly primary sources, that doesn't make it OK for this to be like that.
