My revert[edit]

Your reference to Wisdom made me nervous, and your edits seemed to reflect a bias, I essentially reverted to draw attention to the edits that to me seemed dubious, feel free to redo your edits, as they weren't less sourced than the previous material, I will certainly not revert you again. But don't add "Wisdom" with capital 'W' without explaining what it is. --Merzul 02:56, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your new phrasing is much clearer, thanks. --Merzul 03:18, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Although I still can't quite follow the argument, could you comment on the talk page? --Merzul 03:53, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your article on Earl Doherty[edit]

Hello! I read your article after it was publicised on the Thoughts on Antiquity blog. I had the Earl Doherty article on my watchlist from when I was making some edits to Jesus as myth, so when I saw that Senori had added a link to the article, I made the description slightly more precise. One problem I realised while editing Jesus as myth is that theories like Doherty's seem to have received little scholarly attention despite attracting significant popular interest, so it was good to see an appraisal of his ideas from someone familiar with NT scholarship. Bros/Bro's[edit]

Zeichman, you're probably right. Panda Bear most likely intended for the apostrophe to be there, so WP should reflect the artist's decision, considering it's not a hugely egregious grammatical error (it could mean "belonging to bro" or something). Evan Reyes 10:20, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding edits to It Fit When I Was a Kid[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Zeichman! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule shoutmouth\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links guidelines for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Orphaned non-free image (Image:KKKKKmini.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:KKKKKmini.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fair use disputed for Image:Brancaascension.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Brancaascension.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:25, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Jane (Panda Bear band), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Proposed deletion of The Purple Bottle[edit]

The article The Purple Bottle has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references, no claim of notability, fails WP:NSONG and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
