Please assume good faith. I declined the article because as a topic which is 'unofficial', it lacks reliable references to support any of the presented information. Therefore it does not meet WP:Notability or WP:Verifiability (the two key policies) and isn't suitable for Wikipedia at the present time. I pointed you towards WP:Crystal, as this is the guideline which particularly discusses why we cannot accept these types of pages. If you prefer there is also WP:No original research.
