Life and career

ZhangXin was born in the city of Beijing in China's in 1983. since her childhood fascinated by the fine arts of design and painting. She was winning the various multi cultural awards throughout her young years as design artist. Renowned and mentioned in European press for her colorful , new and upcoming artist; Her work in both graphic design and architecture paved a path for her current pursued path of creative designer. As a teenager, she developed a passion for fashion and drawing, often spending hours on end sketching women in suits and dresses. Following her graduation from the High School of Art and Design, ZhangXin studied, Home decoration, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Expression, Matte painting to get her BA in fine art in Beijing. Inspired by the fresh and unpretentious style of Beijing’s urban youth, ZhangXin is set out to launch her story lines in her Art, like the latest “Alice in Fashion Land”. With financial backing from her friends, they commissioned her to design a shoe line and local seamstress to make a handful of coats and dresses following futuristic street fashion. Her fresh youthful and joyous vision combined with her interpretation of the cultural bridge between European styles has delighted fashion followers around. She has also been embraced by multi nationals, where her designs frequently grace the red carpet for their new corporate identities. Through her frequent travels she constantly expands her range of inspirations and cultural experiences of China. Her well-rounded lifestyle makes her appreciate the needs of the modern ZhangXin woman. She balances a brilliant career with the openness and intimacy of family and friends. Her warm and optimistic personality to the sportive way of life, ZhangXin is a true embodiment of the new Chinese fashion and style. In 2008 Zhang Xin was appointed as Creative Director to the Great Wall (China) Artist Foundation.

She is represented in Beijing .
