Vipul Goyal is an Indian stand-up comedian. He is founder and CEO of comedy promotion company, Humorously Yours.[1] He co-founded The Viral Fever along with Arunabh Kumar.

Early life

He was born in Falna in Rajasthan, India. He studied electrical engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.[2] He was greatly inspired by Indian stand-up comedian and The Great Indian Laughter Challenge fame, Raju Shrivastava. He used to do shows at college and school events.

Career

He worked as a Retail analyst with Adventity Inc. for 6 months before quitting to pursue stand-up comedy full time. While in IIT B, he had starred in a feature film Deja Vu directed and written by a fellow IITian,Anshul Singhal, inspired by a play of the same name that they had worked together in. He performed at events for TEDx talks, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Montreal Comedy Festival, Toastmasters International and the Ignite Talks. He is also going to appear in TVF's latest web series Humorously Yours.

Stand-up comedy

His stand-up comedy shows uses topics like Facebook, engineering, Sachin Tendulkar, Indian trains, dating, management, politics etc. He founded “Humorously Yours” with 5 other IITians, offering stand-up comedy and entertainment shows.[3][4]
