WVRM is an American grindcore band from Greenville, South Carolina.
History
The band formed in 2013.[1] They have released four full-length albums, and an EP. Their first album, entitled Despair, was released in December 2013.[2] Their second album, titled Where All Light Dies, was released in February 2014.[3] Their third album, Swarm Sound, was released in October 2014.[4] Their latest album, Heartache, was released in December 2016.[5]
In September 2015, the band supported deathcore acts Enterprise Earth and King Conquer.[6]
In August 2016, the band entered the studio to record with Converge's Kurt Ballou.[7] In November, the group premiered a track that they recorded with Ballou, titled Can You Hear the Wind Howl? [8]
In January 2017, the band announced they would be supporting grindmother on a North American tour alongside acts Cognitive and Seeker.[9]
