WWXY-LD is a low-power television station in San Juan, Puerto Rico licensed to broadcast over digital channel 38. The station is owned by Metro Media Broadcasting, a subsidiary of Marcom Group. Its CEO is Héctor Marcano Martinez, a well-known TV personality, producer and program host, which also serves as vicepresident of hispanic division operations of IHeartMedia and president of SBS. this station serves as an Independent station. WWXY-LD's studios are located at the Marcom Tower in Ave. Ponce de Leon in Santurce and its transmitter at Cerro la Marquesa in Aguas Buenas.

On April 16, 2016, Hector Marcano agreed to sell WWXY-LD to WWXY Licensing, LLC (managed by Eric Gerald Hernandez) for $60,000. Hernandez will enter into a shared services agreement and studio lease agreement with the station's owner, that operate independently with Marcom Group. The sale was completed on May 9, 2016.
