Waterloo High School is a public high school in Atwater, Ohio, United States. Its teams are known as the Vikings, and the school colors are burgundy and white. It is the only high school in the Waterloo Local School District and is part of the district's K-12 building.
The school is located in southern Portage County on Industry Road adjacent to the border between Atwater and Randolph Townships. It was founded in 1967 with the merging of the former Atwater and Randolph High Schools. The Waterloo school district was created two years earlier through the merger of the Atwater and Randolph districts on Oct. 15, 1965.[2] The name Waterloo was chosen on October 18, 1965.[3]
Waterloo competes in the Portage Trail Conference County Division in high school athletics.
