Function Details: Basically, I'll use {{unsigned}} as an example. There are approximately 25000 transclusions of this template that are not substituted. Say each of those pages is accessed 5 times a day by unique users; that means {{unsigned}} is being used 125000 times a day, using unnecessary resources.

- Trial went great; contributions are green across the board. The majority were unsigned notices, but there's 25000 of those so it'll be working those for a while.
