Function overview: The Bot will analyse all articles in namespace 0 which embed Template:Authority control. For every property of this template the bot checks if it is stored in wikidata. If not it will add a claim on Wikidata (Indruraz is a bot on Wikidata). If Wikidata has conflicting information the Article will be skipped. After this the bot checks whether all information is stored in wikidata now. In that case the information will be removed from wikipedia and a plain {{Authority control}} will be included.

if everything is okay the bot replaces \{\{Authority\ control[\|A-Za-z0-9\=\ \/\-]+\}\} with {{Authority control}}

Denied. You just copied this from Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/KasparBot. Bot operators are expected to have a familiarity with the bot policy, which is clear about bot accounts being separate from their operator's accounts, and clearly marked as bots. Since you have very few contributions, it is hard to assess your familiarity with Wikipedia's policies in general.
