[edit]Did you try contacting east about this? Sounds like his script(s) were hit by the breaking change in login behavior. --MZMcBride (talk) 02:05, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed the bot, as well as the few that were left running on 718 Bot (WP:FABS, the WP:MMA bot, PNG conversion, etc.). If the mainpage bot ever goes down, the source code is available here -- somebody else should just take it and operate it from there. — east718 | talk | 05:17, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- X!, given this information, do you intend to proceed with the bot application? Josh Parris 09:11, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- X! is off on a wikibreak for the next few months, so I think this request should be closed. NW (Talk) 16:12, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Withdrawn by operator. (in anticipation of X!'s desires) Josh Parris 06:00, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
