Support Crikey. LBJ wasn't a very inspiring public speaker, but this speech does illustrate a very important moment in US history, so great EV. There is background noise, but on the whole I can live with it as it's the sound of 1968, and I think any work to remove the noise will lower the fidelity of the recording.
